He is a Fellow of the America College of Surgeons, a member of The Florida Vascular Society, Vascular Access Society of America and The Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society. Biography: Dr. Juan Socas is a Fellowship Trained Plastic Surgeon and International Microsurgery Scholar. He is currently the medical director of the Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Center and the Burn and Plastic Surgery Center at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital. Dr. Socas obtained his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, where he also complete his residency programs for General Surgery and Plastic Surgery.

Biography: Vijay Narasimha, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general and vascular surgeon. Dr. Narasimha is deeply committed to the care of all his patients. He is honored by the privilege to help them restore their whole health through expert surgical care. Dr. Narasimha earned his medical degree at M.R. Medical College in India; he completed his surgical residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in New York. Along with providing his patients with exceptional surgical care, Dr. Narasimha enjoys table tennis, reading and cooking. He is fluent in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and English.

Care Philosophy: Ajay Patel MD is a board certified general surgeon vascular surgeon and bariatric medicine physician who has been in practice since 1999 He was valedictorian of his class at Brandon Senior High School in Brandon Fla and earned his Bachelor of Science degree with honors at the University of Miami in Coral Gables He graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine and then undertook his general surgery residency at Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville S C where he earned the Joseph C McAlhany Award for Resident of the Year three consecutive years and completed his tenure as Academic Chief Resident He next completed advanced fellowship training in vascular surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis Dr Patel s special clinical interests include minimally invasive endovascular surgery peripheral vascular angiography wound care arterio venous fistulas and grafts and the surgical correction of abdominal aortic aneurysms

Care Philosophy: Dr David Joyce is an Assistant Member in the Sarcoma Department. Dr Joyce earned his MD degree from Case Western Reserve University, Case School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed an Orthopaedic Residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio and an Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee. He most recently completed a Musculoskeletal Oncology Fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center.
