I have recent ish surgery and based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Giglio. I came out of the surgery with more problems that I went in with and found her bedside manner to be dismissive, at best. Just my experience, but I will def not use her for any future surgical needs I may have.

TERRIBLE - Terrible experience. My primary doc referred me here for lipoma removal by Dr. Mindi Giglio. I called and tried to make an appt. Guy on phone was useless. It was like he was a temp or something. He had no idea of the general cost for my referred surgery. Didn't know if they took cash rather than insurance. Didn't know if they took my insurance (Florida Blue - Silver Plan). Then said they didn't take my insurance but I needed to call my ins. co just to check (why me??? who is your customer???). Bottom line - if they can't get the first call right I am finding an other surgeon that actually knows they take my insurance or will be happy to take my green cash. No wonder this surgery center isn't busy...they have no idea how to run an actual business. Sheesh.

Received a double mastectomy August 2019. Explained everything thoroughly and completely beforehand and after surgery. Great results with uncomplicated healing. Dr. Giglio is compassionate, encouraging, and positive. The best.

Great experience with Dr. Fisher. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Very happy with her care at the office, as well as the day of surgery and after. However, the staff at the office I was consulted at (Dr. Williams) is horrible. The staff is unprofessional, combative, and lies. All in all GREAT doctor, HORRIBLE office staff. Would recommend/return to Dr. Fisher 100% but only at a different location.
