Dr. recommended I follow up with an appt. after a sinus infection. He was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. He actually told me I didn’t need to be there! I’m not sure if he is even aware of how he comes off to others. This was the second negative experience I have had and I will not be going back for a 3rd. I do think he has knowledge but not enough to suffer through his inability to take the patient’s perspective.

Dr. Poss was very professional and personable. He asked the right questions to get to the root of the issue. His concern and concept is preventing more damage from occurring by offer vocal therapy etc. rather than just rushing you and dismissing your thoughts. I am also happy with the staff at BMGrp. He loves what he does and sees a lot of similar issues.

Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. Dismissive, perfunctory, uncaring, and cold. He may not be alone in doing so at the ENT practice at Buffalo Medical, but he, at least, practices the worst type of assembly-line, "treat 'em and street 'em" medicine (emphasis on the latter since there was no actual treatment to speak of). He spent maybe ten minutes with me, didn't allow me to complete a single sentence, and explained nothing of his conclusions.
