Not impressed-hour wait and wasted time
Not Impressed- my son has multiple disabilities & a friend told us to see Dr Young concerning some sinus issues my son has-we have a wondefful ENT but he doesnt really handle sinus stuff so we needed someone who did-we waited OVER an hour in the waiting room, which was awful enough-but when the dr FINALLY came in, he gave us LESS than 3 minutes of his time-didnt even look in my sons' nose, and told me there was NOTHING he could do bc my son wouldnt tolerate a camera being stuck up his nose while awake-he acknowledged my sons' sinus issues as we gave him a cd of the imaging he had-but he didnt even offer a solution or a medication to try-NOTHING-basically just a 'have a nice day' -he walked out with his medical students or whoever they were, retreated to a little room where they decided to chat and I overheard the female med student or whatever she is laughing as I wheeled my son out of the room. I was made to feel like our appointment was a complete waste of his time

Unprofessional
Waited for 45+ minutes for a new patient appointment. Dr Young came in the room and did a nasal endoscopy without telling me, I feel like I should have been notified before a 5 inch camera was shoved up my nose. My appointment lasted about 4 minutes and when I asked about the recommended procedure he told me to 'Google it'

Rude, Inconsiderate
Waited 3 months for an appointment, only to have my concerns dismissed. He wouldn't even look in my ears! Went to another ENT, who did testing and discovered I have an autoimmune disease which is causing my symptoms. If the option was available, I would choose MINUS 5 stars. I could have been diagnosed and received treatments to relieve symptoms so much sooner if Dr. Young had bothered care about my symptoms.

I’m not sure I have enough space to speak so highly of Dr Young… to find an excellent physician and an excellent human all wrapped into one isn’t an easy task these days, but you can be assured he is both

Dr. Young was extremely supportive and caring while taking care of our 2 year old daughter. He was patient and gave top quality care. She had a terrible hacking cough and he was able to diagnose and support her healing. Excellent experience. Would definitely recommend.

A true expert in his field
The doctor is very attentive, quickly navigates the problem, which indicates high professionalism. The doctor speaks several foreign languages, which was very convenient for me as a foreigner. Despite the heavy workload, the doctor pays enough attention to his patients. The doctor explained the problem to me until I understood everything. The doctor's office has a pleasant atmosphere and a nice interior.

I was very disappointed with this visit. I had seen Dr. Young once before and really liked him. He spent time with me and explained so I understood. This time I felt like he thought I was wasting his time. Was told to just keep using my Bipap machine and I would get used to my ears popping and the uncomfortable feeling. . I had Covid in November and was in the hospital for a month, on a ventilator for 2 weeks. It’s been a long hard struggle dealing with all the effects of Covid. Just very sad.

Dr. Young is a knowledgeable doctor that will spend more than the few minutes other doctors do. However, I had several issues. He may need a second doctor or someone else in the office. It's hard to get an appointment and getting things like record or tests reviewed can take months. I was assured that sinus surgery would fix or make my issues much better, but unfortunately my problems are worse after and it took many, many months to schedule the surgery. There was no follow up either. Some of the nurse/office staff is great, others not as much and it is difficult to get your calls returned.

I was in pain with a self diagnosed sinus infection. Had already had it treated twice by Urgent Care with antibiotics. They said if it happened again to see an ENT. Saw Dr. Young had good reviews. Went on his website where, they want you to fill out all of your vital information, insurance, etc online and the website says they will call to make an appointment. Filled it all out 9 days ago, still in pain, no call, nada from his office. I called them today and they said, "Oh, we don't use that information, you have to call in to make an appointment". Perhaps they should make it known that their website is busywork and bogus. Not happy.
