Biography: Dr. Robert Lee, MD is an Ophthalmology Specialist who practices in Spring Hill, FL. He is 62 years old and has been practicing for 35 years.

Care Philosophy: Brian Phillpotts, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in diseases and surgery of the vitreous and retina. Expertise combined with humility characterizes Dr Phillpotts informative, straightforward and compassionate style of patient care. His area of concentration includes medical and surgical management of diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachments, macular holes, epi-retinal membranes and other vitreo-retinal disorders such as retinal vascular occlusion and sickle cell retinopathy. Dr Phillpotts is dedicated to educating patients about their conditions and treatment options, equipping them to make informed and confident decisions.

Care Philosophy: Dr Gooch served 28 years in the US Air Force and held several esteemed roles including Chief, Aerospace Ophthalmology at the US Air Force Aeromedical Consultation Service from October 2006 to February 2014. He was Chief Consultant to the US Air Force Surgeon General for Aerospace Ophthalmology, and a Chief Flight Surgeon with over 1,000 total military flying hours in both fighter and transport aircraft. He retired from active duty in February 2014 at the rank of Colonel. With over 20 years in practice, Dr Gooch brings a wealth of experience to St. Luke's at The Villages. He was personally selected by Dr Kimberly Ireland and Dr Pit Gills to join the practice.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Mahootchi is a board certified Ophthalmologist and the Medical Director of the Clinic.

Biography: Remington Horesh, DO is a fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of retinal disorders. This sub-specialization allows him to compliment his fellow surgeons at St. Luke's at The Villages in providing the community with complete ocular health care.

Biography: I am a board certified ophthalmologist and a fellowship trained retina specialist. I completed my fellowship with Associate Retina Consultants in Detroit, and was a staff physician at Kresge Eye Institute. I have served as Chief of Surgery at Oak Hill Hospital, and on the Board of Directors of All Saints Surgery Center. In addition, I served on the Board of Examiners for the College of Ophthalmology, and taught as an associate professor at Nova Southeastern and University of South Florida.
