Highly experienced and skilled, but not forthcoming explaining medical condition or treatment. Got to rely on assistants to fill in the blanks.

His name should be Dr Frankenstein

Checkered retina in right eye which has had 2 detachments

Can not get a referral from Dr. Banker or his office. Two weeks of promises and nothing. We are heading north with a shot being needed with nowhere to go. Not much compassion or caring, appears to be all about the money. Promises of reports being forwarded with nothing happening. Very very discouraging. What happened to caring for your patient???

After the third visit with this doctor I called to complain about his impatience, rough manner, poor attitude and appearance of just wanting to get in and out of the room as quickly as possible as if he could not wait to be finished with his day.

The friendliness of the staff. Professionalism of them and especially Maddy who calmed any fears I had when going there. Fortunately she was the first person I saw when taken back, although everyone, like I said was wonderful. I couldn't have wished for a better doctor to explain his findings from what I went in for after seeing other doctors who didn't make me feel confident in their findings. My wife told me how much she admired him after he did work on her eyes. She retired after 37 years, 10 as a head nurse in a children's intensive care unit, then another 10 years as the head of the hospitals trauma department. The children's hospital is a level 1 trauma center, so her advise means something.

Horrible. Dr. Frankenstein would have been better

Always deep concern and care towards your vision by Dr. Banker. Very happy with his skills, knowledge and professionalism.

Unfortunately, Dr. Banker and his staff were extremely busy and appeared to have overbooked their patients as I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes there for an initial consultation.Prior to my retinal scan, the nice tech failed to look at me as she was verifying my name and dob, she had the record of a 96 year old and not me (65 years old). Had I not spoken up upon hearing only the birth year as she spoke very quickly, my scan would have been under someone else’s name and dob. The first tech I encountered in the large waiting area called the name of the patient who obviously didn’t hear her and then apologized to her for not having her hearing aids in. As she passed me, making eye contact, she said to me with exasperation “This is my world”. I felt badly for the patient. I’m sure everyone can have a bad day, but as a healthcare clinician, you leave your troubles at the door. I’m sure this is Center for Sight’s mantra, but it wasn’t observed by me this visit and thought you’d like to know.

Dr. Banker was awesome! I had a tear in my retina; he got me in right away to do laser surgery to repair it. The surgery itself took about 15 minutes; Dr. Banker was very professional and thorough throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend him.

Excellent surgeon. I can’t say enough about this man. He saved the sight in my left eye 4 years ago. With glasses, I have 20/20 vision again instead of a black hole.

Exactly as I expected

This visit was a very good one. Dr Banker was very thorough and explained my current situation very well.

My visit with Dr. Banker was very pleasant and informative. Dr. Banker and staff are highly knowledgeable and personable.

Dr Banker has provided excellent treatment for my wet md. Staff are very efficient and pleasant.

Dr. Banker is giving me continuing care for the wet form of AMD. Dr. Banker has treated me with the appropriate treatments and I am doing well under his care. I highly recommend Dr. Banker and Centers do sight.

Dr Banker goes the extra mile for his patients…he did for me when I had inflammation in my optic nerve…He saw me on a weekend and was so helpful to me! He saved my eye! Thank you Dr Banker!
