Biography: Michael Van Vliet is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and Surgical Intensivist providing compassionate care to the most critically ill burn patients. Serving as Medical Director for Blake Hospital Burn and Plastic Surgery Center, Dr. Van Vliet manages patient's needs from the acute state of illness through reconstruction and beyond. He treats patients with hand injuries, complex wounds, traumatic defects, congenital deformities, and cancer. In addition, Dr. Van Vliet manages a variety of aesthetic concerns for patients, including surgery of the body and breast.

Biography: Dr. Prebish is a Minimally Invasive General Surgeon, with specialization in robotic techniques. In addition to his surgical endeavors, he also performs advanced wound care and serves as the medical director of the wound care center at two area hospitals. He has helped launch the Robotic Surgery program at two hospitals in the community. Dr. Prebish is a cum laude graduate of Michigan State University and Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he served as a two-term elected student body Vice President. During his surgical residency, he served as chief surgical resident two consecutive years. He was nominated by his peers to serve as the Chief of Staff at HCA Pasadena Hospital. He now serves the Pinellas county community at HCA Pasadena Surgical Specialists. My care philosophy is to provide my patients with compassionate, contemporary, evidence-based surgery using minimally invasive techniques.

He is a Fellow of the America College of Surgeons, a member of The Florida Vascular Society, Vascular Access Society of America and The Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society.
