Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits.Dr. Jessica Ridgley received her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She continued her training with an Internal Medicine Residency at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Prior to working at Lone Tree Internal Medicine, Dr. Ridgley worked as a hospitalist, admitting and managing patients in acute need for chronic illnesses. She utilized manual therapies in the hospital setting to facilitate the other medical therapies. Working in a clinic based practice, she enjoys partnering with patients to improve their health through a holistic approach and increasing patients' quality of life. Dr. Ridgley believes strongly in educating patients and utilizing a hands on approach to improve health. When not in the clinic, Dr. Ridgley enjoys spending time with her family. She can be found hiking and skiing most weekends and enjoys traveling, reading about self-improvement and nutrition and experimenting with practical side of food in the kitchen.
