Best Pain Management in San Antonio
Dr Pearson has been my pain management doctor for over 10 years. She treats me like family. She listens to, she asks questions and then makes suggestions. I am very sad that she has moved to Virginia because she is the best. No one else has ever taken the time to understand my pain.

best dr ever
Dr pearson is the best . you tell her what’s wrong and right then and there she tries to find a solution .. i had back problems and got surgery , manager my pain . then she weaned me off ofmy pain pills that i took for 25 years & i’ve been sober for 1 1/2 years . then my shoulder started hurting she helpedme right there and then . gave me an x-ray , ultrasound and injection . well today , i go in with a new problem , hip pain , right away she sent me for an x-ray ultra sound and then an injection . she reallycared and listens . unlike most dr’s that don’t even give u a chance to explain . she listens and talks to you as a friend not as “ i’m the dr , ur the patient i will tell u how u feel “ . love her !!! she is so caring and respectful . another thing , most dr will tell u we will set up x-ray and we will see u next month . she takes care of it right there and thenTHANK YOU DR. STEPHANIE PEARSON

She’s in it for the money.
I’d been seeing the doctor that Dr. Pearson replaced. Dr. Pearson would no longer see me because I wouldn’t agree to numerous more treatments that I’d already had previously. In my opinion she is simply in it for the money rather than to provide good service to her patience.

What I like about Dr. Pearson is that she always talks to me in a way that I understand what she is saying. I’ve had back pain for many years and other doctors I’ve gone to could never tell me what was wrong with my back. Until I met Dr. Pearson and a few tests were done. I now know what is the problem with my back. Thanks Dr. Pearson, and the office staff great and friendly people.

This staff is seriously the WORST medical staff I've ever encountered. Amazingly rude. It's almost impressive the way they've perfected the art of horrible patient care! They refuse to listen, never return calls, make hateful degrading remarks. They schedule unnecessary procedures then hold your refills over your head until you do the procedure. They will not schedule emergency visits so never have a pain 911 b/c they will not fit you in, nor will the dr call patients! TRUST ME - STEER CLEAR!

Dr Pearson is an excellent doctor!!! I do, however want to make a statement about the answering service. I called this morning to get a refill on my medications. The woman who answered my call informed me that it is Presidents Day and the office is closed. She said this to me in a very condescending tone of voice. First of all, I am not stupid! I know that it is President's Day. I also know that many doctors offices are NOT closed today. Rude rude rude!!! Train these people in CS skills!
