Dr. Brandon Goff, DO

Waited over an hour for the doctor who told me to google the procedure and to buy a book and lose weight. During my wait, no one came into to give me an update as to what was taking so long I had to step out and ask because I was thinking about leaving. Said he was busy with a lawyer who he couldn't get off the phone. You have patients scheduled and waiting for you, that's reason enough to get off a call. Or don't take the call in the first place. So right off the bat I didn't feel like a priority. He hardly communicated with me about my personal pain and personal recovery plan. I felt stupid waiting for over an hour just to be told to go home and google the procedure, but I also felt like I was wasting HIS time by wanting to actually talk about my health. MA was also a bit rude when taking in my information and made me feel I was annoying her for listing off my medications and prior history. I am seeking another specialist and office and would not recommend Dr Goff.

He cares about his patience. Very respectful, listens to your special needs. He also asks all us the right questions and will go out of his way to make sure your health needs comes first! There is so many positive things to say about Dr Goff but I don't have the time to write everything. Sorry Doc.I highly recommend him... He truly cares about all of his patients and DON'T WE who have been cheated out because of some unfortunate circumstances that happened to us!? MINE, WAS AN ACCIDENT AND IT TOOK MY LIFE IN A CIRCLE OF CHALLENGES THAT I FEEL WERE UNDESERVING!

I would like to Thank you for our last meeting, providing me with the necessary "education", to make a decision regarding the pending Knee-Replacement, as well as the proposed Pain Management/MedTronic Procedure, to reduce Neuropath in both of my legs. I also appreciate your recommendations regarding the Doctors for both procedures. I am sad for losing you as my pain-management doctor, since you made me feel that I mattered to you as a patient and allowing sufficient time to answer my question; but I am equally happy for you to start retirement.

Dr Goff gets high marks from me. He shows concern & caring in the difficult field of pain management.

Great doctor!

I waited several weeks for an appointment. When I arrived I checked in and filled out all of the paperwork. Finally the receptionist called me up and said that 'Dr. Goff was on an important conference call and it would last at least an hour and probably more'. I asked if I could reschedule and she said that no appointments were available sooner than four weeks. I asked if i waited if I would be the first one called. She responded 'no because other patients were already in the rooms waiting'. This means that she already knew when I checked in that the Dr. was not available. I worked in corporate America for many years and it is seldom that an unplanned conference call lasting an hour or more happens. They are usually scheduled ahead of time. Also, if this did happen suddenly, why didn't the office staff begin calling patients, letting them know and rescheduling? If Dr. Goff is so arrogant that he assumes patients will just wait, I'm not sure I want to be his patient.

He was straight forward fun and honest

I’m a rather new patient of Dr Goff having been transferred from a doctor who retired. He picked up on my treatment right away and we never skipped a beat. I’ve already referred him to a couple of friends. I’m very glad to have him!

I would enthusiastic leave recommend Dr. Goff to anyone who is experiencing chronic pain. He truly cares about his patients, listens to their concerns. And gives you options for treatment. I have total faith in his judgment and appreciate the care he has shown me.

Dr. Goff is incredible. Not only has he taken wonderful care of my health but he takes the time to listen and talk with at every appointment. He truly cares about each and every patient. It is rare to find a doctor that combines personal touches and care for a patient as a person with extremely outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had!

When I arrived at Dr.Hoff’s office,I was treated very well(receptionist very friendly)I was in lots of pain.I explain all my symptoms to the Dr.He was very attentive and explained what was going on with my body . He answered all of questions, treated my symptoms. When I arrived my pain level was 100 on a scale of 1-10.??Today, I actually have no pain.I have not felt this good in many months. Thank you Dr.Goff.

When I have my visits I have a Doctor Who is the most understanding he has concerns he will ask questions and then he gives a plan I would highly recommend Dr. Goff to all my family and friends because he is the best.

Through, knowledgeable, understands my needs and concerns

Probably the most incompetent office in San Antonio. Took 30 minutes to bring me back to the office. Then I sat in the room for 2 hours. Every time I went out to complain they said I was next. I caught them lying as the Dr walked into someone else's room before me. Don't go here, the other reviews are likely fake.

I was referred to Dr. Goff for what I thought was lower back pain. After examining my symptoms prior to injection Dr. Goff determined that the pain was actually from my hip. He changed the order to treat the hip to reduce the pain and followed up with an order for an MRI to understand the magnitude of the issue. I have referred Dr. Goff to others in the community who have used him for their pain issues and are also very pleased. He is very compassionate physician who will listen to your problems to try to find the correct solution.

If you’ve tried back injection after injection without results, ask Dr. Goff to explain the Vertiflex procedure to you. It has been the only thing that has helped me. I’ve been seeing Dr. Goff since February. He has been helping me with pain management of my lower back. He has gone over all my test results with me and explained all of my issues and the options for treatment.
