Dr Perry never makes me feel like he is in a hurry. He takes time to listen and answer all my questions.

I think he’s a good doctor but his office is a nightmare to work with. You can only text them. You can’t call and discuss with them. They take forever to get any requests done.

Dr Perry provides the most personal quality care I've experienced in years. Going back to personal physicians we had growing up in the 60s. His personal touch to every visit can't be beaten!

I love everything about Dr. Perry's office. His office assistant, Nicole is a gem. Very centrally located. Easily accessible. Dr. Perry goes above and beyond. I had a bad experience with a Urologist before I went to Dr. Perry and wasn't expecting much. I was very surprised how patient, caring and considerate he is to my issues. He is the type of doctor you can't find anywhere. He gives you his personal cell phone number in case you have a problem and can't reach his office. Dr. Perry's care is not common these days but SOOOO very much needed and appreciated.

Dr Perry, is very knowledgeable, very kind and listens to you. His staff is very friendly and attentive . I really appreciate his bedside manners . I will strongly recommend him!

Dr. Perry has excellent bed side manner and is by far one of the most thorough physicians I have known. His excellent care extends to his staff as well. Nicole meets you with the sweetest smile and is always eager to help.

Dr Perry is extremely skilled in his specialty and in overall medical issues. I value his knowledge and recommendations and his analysis of options. His bedside manner is fantastic.

Dr. Perry takes the time to explain what he sees and the options for treatment. Too many doctors today have an assembly line mentality, giving you 15 minutes an Rx and then the bums rush. This is not Dr. Perry. I highly recommend him. I wish I could have him as my Primary Care Physician.

Site says to schedule appointment on line. However, must wait for confirmation. Within a month, my appointment has been canceled twice. No way to call office, I visited office in Allen and was assured someone would text me. I received a text apparently created by artificial intelligence canceling my appt yet again. Since doctor is supposedly a Christian, it ends text with “have a blessed day” dr. Perry was highly recommended by a friend of mine who spoke very well of him. I have an issue which I don’t feel I can continue waiting thus will have to search for another doctor before I die waiting for an appt with Dr. Perry. Don’t waste your time unless you want to wait weeks. I hope that Dr. Perry is aware of his non-staff, inability of his A.I. software to schedule appointments in a timely manner. Have a blessed day!

I started seeing Dr. Perry in 2019. He is friendly and does an excellent job of explaining medical terms, procedures and treatment. I have been under his care ever since my first visit. He has effectively treated my condition and continues to monitor my health. His staff is always professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Malcolm Perry for anyone needing a urologist. You will not get better care anywhere.

I've had the privilege of having Dr. Perry as my doctor for a few years now. His personal care, communication (he calls and texts to check in on you), willingness to answer questions and humility (yes, having worked with lots of doctors professionally that is a rarity), I can't think of a better doctor. I'm so grateful to him for his great care and I wish other doctors would turn to him to improve their own care for and work with patients. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Perry.

Over the past few years, Dr. Perry has provided us with excellent, thorough care with an exceptionally kind and attentive bedside manner. He personally takes time to explain issues and answer questions in the office, in pre-op, and in post-op and follow-up appointments, one on one -- sometimes drawing diagrams to help us understand the situation. In one case, his attentiveness and speedy intervention kept an escalating health situation from getting out of hand. His front office staff is lovely to deal with, as well. We recommend him without reservation to our friends and neighbors.

I have going to Dr. Perry for many years . I live 3 hours away and still come to him because he is through , kind , and VERY knowledgeable. I always feel as if I have come to a friend as well as a doctor . I would recommend Dr. Perry to anyone . Last visit turned out to be related to colon issues instead of bladder or kidney . He was a life safer for me . He cares and makes sure you are taken care of no matter what the issue . My family is very thankful for him . Fortunate to be his patient .

Dr. Perry has overseen the care of several of my family members. We are big fans. He is kind and takes time to explain everything going on. He brings more of a "friend" feel than a physician. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Perry.

I've been a patient for over 10 years. While discussing an issue with Dr Perry in 2015, something struck him as off based on my history so he ordered a blood test, which led to an emergency biopsy. Positive for cancer. Big shock, referred to UTSW who did a 30+ punch biopsy and came up with the same. Dr Perry found it with a 6 punch biopsy. He found it so early in the disease it left we with ALL options. Luck? Knowing his patient? Providence? We've followed a path that did NOT include surgery and now my psa' is in the low normal range. All along as I had choices to make and hates to open I was able to have open and free discussion so I could make informed choices

Dr. Perry was recommended to me by two different, well respected, physicians. He is, hands down, one of the kindest, thoughtful, and skilled doctors. His ethics are unimpeachable. Dr. Perry is not in my insurance network but I so value him that I pay out of pocket. Dr. Perry cares a great deal about his patients and doesn't hesitate to recommend a different doctor if he feels their expertise is beyond his in certain situations. I would tell anyone who needs a urologist to see him. I feel honored to be his patient.

I have seen Dr. Perry for 11 years and he has been great, granted his staff has changed lately. I have had no problems with Dr. Perry or his receptionist.
