Find another urologist fast! This is not a good dr
If you are a woman, I’d advise you to stay away from this Dr. I was seeing the nurse practitioner Kendall Wyckoff for pelvic organ prolapse. I am a 68 yr old woman. During my appointment and after researching this subject, I mentioned to Ms Wyckoff that I think I had a rectocele which was giving me issues and could this also be part of the problem. She said Dr Mason was the doctor who treats problem and suggested him for a consult. I agreed trusting her judgement. What a mistake. Dr Mason interrogated me on dietary habits, lectured me on the glycemic index, questioned medications and diagnoses my endocrinologist and mental health dr made before addressing the medical issues I had. I have an extremely difficult time losing weight. I suffer from Hypothyroidism, take meds that cause weight gain. He body shamed me. He suggested a surgery no longer effective or used anymore. He is rude. Demeaning. I am under care of caring knowledgeable uro-gynecologist at Orlando Health! No surgery yet

Dr. Mason and his staff were absolutely AMAZING..... They have made such a difference in my Fathers life. They treated us like family they answered all the questions we had prior to my dads surgery and even after they made sure we had no worries and were comfortable with the whole process. Micheal white was the absolute best. We had the best nursing staff from Ms. Simone Ms Monique Greg Brittney Ms Lori in the recovery room and there are so many more but I had to name a few. Thank you THE BEST
