WORST DOCTOR EXPERIENCE EVER-Shows no compassion
This is the worst clinic my husband and I have ever visited. Dr. Graham is the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. He dismissed my husband's lab results as 'normal' and even tried to blame me for the issue we were experiencing. We were referred to a different doctor at the Dallas office, but we chose this clinic in Allen because it is closer to our home in Princeton. Unfortunately, we made a poor choice. Our appointment lasted only about 10 minutes, and Dr. Graham argued with me the entire time. He didn’t even shake our hands! After attempting to place the blame on me, he suddenly claimed it was a 'both of us' problem. What a terrible experience! We will NOT BE GOING BACK. I informed the referring doctor about our experience with Doctor Graham and he suggested we stick with a fertility urologist in the Dallas area, as Dr. Graham shows no compassion for couples who are trying to conceive!

Rushed Appointmet Left Negative Impression
First and only appt felt rushed and cold. Had an allergic reaction to Rx prescribed, and response to Portal messages very slow... was then advised Dr Graham doesn't use portal... advised to call office, which of course takes much patience to actually talk to someone. Not impressed.

Honestly, a great and friendly doctor
I saw Dr. Graham today, my second visit. He is a great doctor, and a very friendly one. I am truly shocked at so many negative reviews, especially about him being rude, which he absolutely is not. Besides, honestly, I would go to a specialist because he knows the stuff and cares, not because he uses sugary language.

My experience with Dr Graham was not good. He was the working urologist for the hospital I was in. He showed a lack of care, and spoke to my wife and I very unprofessionally. I needed surgery to remove a kidney stone that I had been battling with for almost two weeks. I was not able to pass regularly because of its size. The hospital staff and doctors did not understand his behavior either, but I later found out he does not accept my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance so I strongly believe that may be why he treated us that way. He and his partner are the only urologist the Alan Presbyterian Hospital has on their staff. I hope no else has to go through what I have! Very disappointed in Dr Graham.

Worst experience ever
This is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. He is requiring me to visit less again less than 90 days from my lab work & last visit to get a prescription refill. What a complete waste of time and money!

Don’t waste your time
I called requesting an emergency appointment and I felt very lucky getting one but once I got there everything changed. The front desk lady was very nice but Graham was extremely arrogant. He could care less about how I was feeling I tried to talk to him about the discomfort I was having and he interrupted me saying that it was back pain and he even started making fun of people complaining about kidney pain ( touching his head , his knee and stating that everyone blames the kidneys ) Very unprofessional! Total time inside the room was 3 min. Well Dr ( you don’t even deserve the title ) it was not back pain I ended up in the ER with a swollen ureter , blood in the urine , infection , abnormal blood test and a possibility of kidney stones ( which I am doing some more tests tomorrow) . For 14 years+ I worked with multiple physicians I never met anyone as unprofessional as you are!

In it for money
Dr Graham is in the business of making money not helping people. He is rude, condescending, will schedule unnecessary appointments and have unnecessary lab work done just to make money. I’ve had 4 labs done including having kidney stones analyzed and he’s never discussed any of them with me. He also keeps telling me that I can’t be feeling pain from my kidney stones when I am in fact experiencing pain from them. DO NOT GO TO DR. GRAHAM!
