Telehealth
I have had several appointments with Dr. Bui where I felt that she was rushing through. When mentioning birth control options, I felt that Dr. Bui was very quick to suggest certain methods that I had previously mentioned did not work for me. Overall, I left feeling that she did not take any look into my health history, rushed through my appointment in several minutes, and did not answer any of my questions.

had an abortion after finding out I was pregnant (on birth control), I felt judged by her and she did not bother to check my medical history since she suggested I go back on the same birth control... I did not feel acknowledged by her nor was she caring.

She was late for my appointment and I could hear her shouting down the hall to her MA asking where she needed to go next. She did not listen to me. Quickly interrupted to recommend hormones without even listening to the issues I was having. Exam was rushed she didn’t even notice a lump until o brought it up. After much insisting she agreed to additional tests. Turns out I had a condition that requires surgery. She can’t get past her arrogance to truly care for her patients. I’m on to look for another doctor.

I found her brusque and opinionated to the point of being arrogant. I don't believe her fundamentals views on gynecology to be correct.
