Dr. Nidhi Jacob, MD

My wife was Dr. Jacob's patient at PAMF during her pregnancy. This was our first child so we had a lot of questions. Whenever we asked Dr. Jacob these questions she acted like we were stupid for asking them. She should realize that questions that might seem simple to her as a doctor are not at all simple to us as first time parents. The lack of empathy was concerning.She also kept us waiting for close to half an hour multiple times even though we scheduled in advance. I understand that she was busy but we were also taking time out of our busy schedule to visit her. She should be more respectful of her patients' time.I wouldn't recommend her.

I would recommend doing your research before picking Dr. Jacob as your OB. Overall, she is not bad but there are definitely better and more caring OBs out there, who provide more personalized care. PAMF can be very frustrating when you need to get through to the doctor because of their messaging system. I will not be going back.

Dr. Jacob has been my OB for six years now, has delivered my three babies, and I’m so thankful to have her as my doctor. She’s friendly and welcoming, and whenever there were bad news she was very tactful and empathetic. My last pregnancy required an emergency c-section, and she made me feel reassured throughout the entire process. I’m so appreciative to her for all her support.

I saw Dr. Jacob for a couple of years for hormone replacement therapy. In 2022, my prescriptions kept getting denied by her office manager. I tried to get an appointment but the office manager denied that too. I emailed Dr. Jacob a few times with no response. In September, I had surgery on my ankle and my surgeon asked me to talk to Dr. Jacob about stopping my prescriptions as she was the prescribing doctor. I sent Dr. Jacob 4 emails, none were answered. She finally responded the day before my surgery and told me that she intentionally ignored me and to let the orthopedic surgeon decide. Basically punting with no consultation. Following surgery, I was diagnosed with having had a stroke and told it was most likely related to what Dr. Jacob prescribed me. She's a real piece of work.

Highly recommend Dr Nidhi Jacob! I was with her for my 2nd baby. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She takes time to answer all your questions. She was recommended to me by a close friend.

While I was pregnant, I was in search of a different obgyn doctor because my previous one was no longer returning after a leave. I came across Dr. Jacob, she is very caring, she makes me feel at ease, and she makes me feel comfortable. More than my previous doctor. I've never felt so comfortable with my obgyn doctor until I came to her. She always listens, answers all of my questions in person and online, she's very nice, great, attentive, and she's very well with post/follow up appointments.

Dr. Jacob is incredibly patient and makes you feel at ease. She answered all of my questions and never once made me feel like she needed to be anywhere else but in that room with me. I have not always had that experience with doctors, but she makes you her #1 priority for your entire appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacob.

I felt slightly awkward with Dr. Jacob. She told me my breasts were lumpy bumpy and also was a little rougher during the pap than my prior obgyns. Overall, she was pleasant and spent adequate time/answered my questions.

Dr. Jacob is very attentive, caring, and easy to work with. She helped me a lot! Dr. Jacob came to deliver my baby in the middle of the night even though there was a nother doctor on call. I had a VBAC and she delivered my baby safe and sound!
