Great physician and compassionate human
I moved to Las Cruces last year but continue to drive to see Dr. Franck. She is thorough and I never feel rushed. Her office staff is also professional and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. I feel lucky to have found her.

Primary Care Provider
Dr. Franck is wonderful. She takes the time to listen and is a very compassionate care provider. Her office staff and medical assistant team are very friendly and I always feel comfortable during my visits.

A Dr who truly cares
I have some trauma from bad experiences with doctors always ignoring my symptoms and even discriminating because of my autism. Dr. Franck sat down & listened to all of my concerns & and went through them one by one. Even showing me information on each thing. Which resulted in a possible whole new diagnosis that actually makes sense & left me feeling full of hope that I may finally know what's happening. I've been referred to the correct specialist & am looking forward to coming back to see Dr. Franck. It's been such a long time since I've met a doctor who is so certainly passionate about their job & their patients.

Avoid this doctor at all costs. Does not charge you correctly and codes visits incorrectly so the insurance only pays a part and you are stuck with the rest even though it was only a preventive care/annual physical visit, which should have been free. Waited over an hour to see her and then only assigned lab work and I was on my way.
