Amazing doctor
I have been a Patient of Dr. Rocha for many years and have always felt very comfortable with him as my doctor. Dr. Rocha is very experienced and really gets to know his patients and their medical history. He takes his time to be able to fully diagnose the problem and prescribes what’s needed to get you feeling well again. Sometimes it so hard to schedule an appointment to see him because he is very well known and such a wonderful Family Doctor.I would highly recommend Dr. Rocha to family and friends!

Made an appointment months in advance only to show up and be told my appointment was cancelled . Was told they called me to let me know but they never did. Been a very bad experience so I am gonna find another Dr. Even tho it's not Dr. Rochas fault. Front desk lady told me to come back as a walk in which defeats the purpose of having a scheduled appointment months in advance. This is not the first time I have had a very bad experience with this office. Dr. Rocha is a great Dr. Just so busy that I could never see him . Always have to see one of his PA's

Front staff personal Debbie is very rude and unprofessional. Has preference for patients that she knows. Takes patients even if she states that only 5 patients are going to be the limit.. if she knows you or likes you she will bend the rules. Staff is too busy talking about their lives and playing touchy games with each other… worse experience ever!! I was a patient for 10 plus years.

Inconvenient
Very difficult to get through to set up an appointment with my United healthcare recommended provider. Front office people usually at lunch, left messages and never received a return call, most of the time the phone just rings. Finally get through to a receiptonist and it appears they do not accept my Optum plan coverage. Very frustrating and disappointing

He is my grandma’s PCP and she is need of palliative care ASAP but his staff has not relayed the message in a timely manner and they keep telling me they will call me back. I have not been called back. My grandma needs a wound taken care of and other services ASAP but the staff does not seem concerned

I have no problems with Dr. Rocha but trying to get through to the office or make an appointment is impossible. They NEVER answer the phone and I’ve had to leave multiple messages before getting a call back. Soooo frustrating!! How can a doctor attend to the needs of a client if you can’t even talk to him or his staff?? My husband had the flu and we could never get through to make an appt and no one would call us back. will be looking for another Primary doctor.

No one ever answers the telephone. When they answer, the put you on hold and forget about you, period. Don't get transferred either, same results. Good luck having someone call you back!

Dr. Alejandro Rocha, I have been a Soldier, A Police Officer, A Paramedic, A Medical Examiner Investigator, A Firefighter, and an Instructor in most of these fields. I have been in many situations that made me fearful. None of them compared to the fear I felt when I did not know what was happening to me medically. You and my wife Nina have always calmed my fear and told me we would find out what was wrong in each serious case and both, worked toward a proper diagnosis and treatment. Your

Told the doctor that I had been getting i.v. vitamin C and he did not know that such a thing was done. His staff were not at all helpful either. Had a stitch left in my finger from previously having stitches that was causing problems (it was under the skin). He offered to remove it and when I pressed him on removing it he refused to do it. Referred me to another family doctor. Too many negatives.
