Biography: Dr. Hammond is a Utah native, graduating from BYU in 1996. He moved to California to complete medical school at Western University of Health Sciences, graduating in 2001. He completed his internship in internal medicine in Connecticut. He then completed his neurology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, and followed with specialized training in sleep medicine with a fellowship at the same university.
