Biography: James S. Raphael, MD, is the Chairman of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, and Director of the Hand Surgery Program at Einstein Medical Center. Biography: Chris Williamson, MD, specializes in hand, wrist and elbow surgery – including ``wide awake`` hand surgery – treating traumatic and sports-related injuries. Biography: Douglas C. Sutton, MD, specializes in the evaluation and treatment of adult and adolescent spinal disorders.
