Dr Casper and his entire staff are great. After reviewing my MRI he easily saw the condition (missed by many others) that was causing balance and dexterity issues for years. His explanations of the problem and proposed solution were excellent. My surgery and recovery went without a hitch. He and his PA were patient and responsive to all my questions and requests. They have been very supportive of post surgery rehab snd physical therapy that shortened my recovery significantly. And best of all the results were unbelievably good. My dexterity improved almost immediately. And now 4 months after surgery my balance is better than it’s been in many many years. I recommend his practice wholeheartedly.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Casper and Penn Medicine. From the pre-op appointments through to recovery and post-op appointments, I have had the most positive experience. Dr. Casper is an extremely talented surgeon with the personable bedside manner and support you want when undergoing major surgery. It’s clear the patient’s wellbeing is at the forefront of his practice. He listens to your concerns and takes the time to address every question you may have. We had a thorough discussion reviewing my symptoms and records when considering my options. I was provided the most up-to-date information on the procedure and knew I truly had the best team available, that I was confident in my decision to move forward with surgery. I recommend seeing Dr. Casper.
