Positive experience
I’ve seen Dr. Gugger at Penn Pain Management in Radnor. He’s a good guy - he actually listens to the patient and tries to grasp what is going on (which isn’t always the case with doctors - in fact, I think its more of a rarity). He’s a modest guy and leaves the ego aside - easy to communicate with, he will go over and ask about any pertinent details ... and in my experience he will do anything he can to help rid your pain and solve the problems (if solvable). There is peace of mind in that he will check all boxes to try to get things figured out, if in fact there’s something that can be done to get you fixed. He’s personable, I would recommend seeing him.

Dr Gugger is exceptional. He is focused on decreasing pain and finding the causes. He is very professional and empathetic. I highly recommend him to anyone who is suffering with pain issues.

Dr. Gugger performed a procedure for my adult son who is a college football player. Dr. Gugger was able to see my son in a very timely manner and provided an injection for my son’s spine which was very successful. He is now pain-free and back to playing football.

I'm almost 95 and have been a patient of Dr. Gugger's for a few years now. As you can imagine, I've probably had 100+ physicians treat me over my lifetime! I can say without any hesitation whatsoever that Dr. Gugger is simply the VERY BEST physician I've ever had! He's a brilliant pain management specialist who truly cares about his patients. His bedside manner is just wonderful.......he's a warm, caring and compassionate doctor who provides top-notch medical care. I HIGHLY recommend him!!

Dr. Gugger is the nicest most caring doctor I’ve ever gone to..he always takes the time to help resolve your issues..he’s patient & understands people with chronic pain..he doesn’t pass judgment he will continue to help even if some treatments don’t work he knows chronic pain isn’t a one size fits all issue..I recommend him to anyone I meet who is dealing with pain issues..and his office staff are terrific also! It’s a friendly lay back atmosphere ...

A great doctor! Did wonders for my husbands headaches. He had been suffering with headaches for 25 years and Dr. Gugger was the first doctor who gave he any kind of relief on less total relief. He has been headache free for the last six months. I have suggest Dr Gugger to many of my friends and family and they are all very pleased with him. AAM

This is an update to my last review , although I still hold Dr. Gugger in the highest regard I would like to point out the office staff has changed and now there is a $25 fee for filling out paperwork ! I feel this fee is uncalled for and that perspective visitors should be aware of this when making their decision whether or not to go here .

I been seeing Dr. Gugger for years. He is very professional. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. He really took his time getting to know me to figure out what the best treatment was for me. My pain was about 9/10 beforebut after starting to see him my pain has dropped down to a 2/10

Dr. Gugger was very personable and interested in my situation. I have had shots before and left in tears, not this time. It was over before I knew it and everyone was wonderful and very caring. would definitely recommend to family and friends. the wait time was long only because I was an emergency fit in between appointments.

Dr Gugger is the most unprofessional doctor i have ever met. Never interviewed me before my procedure as I have always have done. Put blood pressure cuff on my severely broken humorous bone on my right arm. I have had at least 30 surguries and short procedures in my life and never has the burning been so intense where i tried to climb off the operating table/ I know it burns but not like this. I am traumatized. Stay away!
