Biography: Jack E. Ricketts, MD, FACOG, FACS, is a board certified Obstetrician & Gynecologist caring for patients in Pensacola, Florida and the greater Escambia County area. Dr. Ricketts received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Missouri Columbia where he was a Phi Beta Kappa recipient and Curators Scholar. He graduated from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and did his training in obstetrics and gynecology at Saint Louis University. Dr. Ricketts is experienced in adult, adolescent and geriatric gynecology, postmenopausal care, urogynecology, infertility, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum care including high-risk pregnancy, and has received advanced training in minimally invasive gynecologic and urologic procedures such as supracervical hysterectomy, Endometrial Ablations, Tubal Ligation, Outpatient Bladder/Vaginal Suspension and Correction of Incontinence. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is an active Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL).

Care Philosophy: Dr. McAlpin believes in empowering patients to take charge of their health, whether that be through routine screenings to keep them healthy, treating their gynecologic problems to improve their quality of life, managing their obstetrics conditions to help them delivery a healthy baby and care for themselves in the process, or through family planning to help them achieve their reproductive goals.
