Dr. Julie Zemaitis Decesare, MD

Dr Decesare is one of a kind. I struggled with fatigue my whole life and doctors would just say “ you are fine, you are a full time working mother”. Dr Decesare was just the opposite, she listened and helped me get my energy and life back! Thank you Dr Decesare for taking the time to help me and other struggling women ! She is very thorough and knows what she is doing!

Dr. DeCesare take her time and listen to you and then you and the Dr. decide why is the best procedures to have. She gives several options and is very friendly and caring !! I recommend her Highly 10/10

After waiting for an appointment for 6 weeks, I found it worth the wait. She reviewed my long history, listened to my current complaints, discussed several options, and together we chose what I wanted. I can’t say enough good things about how I felt about that part of my care. I’m less impressed with the additional staff but am willing to accept the trade off for the exceptionally good doctor care.

I lived in Pensacola Fl for 12 years Moved back to Louisiana in 2012 Saw Dr DeCesare { He may have retired} I had a lesion in my left side and he sent blood to be tested It never showed positive for cancer I wish i could see him again but that is not possible Will be seeing a specilist here in La Would like my records from Pendacola if possible Thank you

Wow! I have been dealing with this female issue for 6 years. She explained things that no one else did.

Moving from one state to another and leaving my long time obgyn left me questioning whether I’d find another one like her. I was very fortunate to find Dr DeCesare! She is very caring and attentive to my health situation! She did not hesitate to help me through my health crisis even though she was not the on call. I highly recommend her!

The most incompetent group in the area, if I could give it 0 stars I would in a heartbeat, dr deceaser didn’t check my uterus what so ever before jamming my IUD straight through the lining of my cervix, if she would have she would have quickly realized that my uterus is tilted and I’m doing so would cause me to bleed and be in immense pain , and rendering my IUD from working, so they had to remove it, gave me no pain medicine or anesthesia to remove it, just ripped it out while I screamed in pain. Now to the office women, they are even more so incompetent, I called stating I was in a medical emergency and she told me the best she could do was have my dr call within 48 hours, she ended up calling back 6 days later , and the women over the phone, I believe her name was alexandra or something beginning with an “A” proceeded to cuss me out over the phone . I would absolutely never return and would NEVER tell anyone else to go to west Florida medical groups OBGYN office .

Dr. Decesare is caring, knowledgeable and helpful. She delivered 3 of my children provided the best health care for me and my babies. I would like to add if you are looking for a Dr with compassion, understanding and knowledgeable she is the one.

Dr. Julie Decesare is a competent and compassionate physician with incredible knowledge in her field. She exudes professionalism and has innate ability to connect with her patients and their concerns. I would highly recommend her for all of your OB/GYN needs!

The worst OBGYN I have ever come in contact with she came into my high risk hospital room at Sacred heart while I was in preterm labor at 29 weeks with my daughter, after going back and forth with me about why I should choose her staff to care for me and my unborn baby, to tell me she was very disappointed with my decision to chose Dr. Jairan Duke as my Obgyn and care giver to deliver my breech baby instead of one of her own residency staff dr who were fresh out of med school!

First impressions are everything to me. Dr. Decesare's office greeted me with a warm smile. The front office personnel walked me through the paper work and answered any questions I had concerning my insurance. Dr. Decesare was very personable and professional. It had been 13 1/2 years since I had seen a gynecologist. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Decesare. She took the time and made me feel like a friend and not a patient or a number. It is clear she cared about her patients. Mrs.Barretta
