Biography: Katelan Longfellow, MD, is a board-certified neurologist who treats patients ages 18 and older. Dr. Longfellow holds special medical interest in deep brain stimulation (DBS) for essential tremor and Parkinson?s disease. She also enjoys the evaluation and management of movement disorders, and has been trained in the use of Botox to treat hemifacial spasm and dystonia. Dr. Longfellow believes that many neurological conditions benefit from a long-term, dynamic partnership between physician and patient. Biography: Dr. David Santos is an accomplished sinus surgeon and facial plastic surgeon. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
