Dr Bell always answers my questions, includes me in decisions regarding my care rather than just telling me what he has decided, and doesn't talk down to me or dumb down medical terminology; instead he explains what things mean, treating me like an adult who is capable of learning and understanding.

Poor patient skills.
My first appointment for trigeminal neuralgia with Dr. Bell was a good one. The second was bad. He talked down to me and cut me off during a question I was asking. The icing on the the cake was when he sent a disappearing message through my chart. I have a cognitive condition where I need refer back to the message numerous times to understand to understand the message.

Seemed nice but after trying to contact the dr repeatedly after he prescribed medication that was making me worse, he did not reply to any of our calls or messages. Ended up in the ER and finally had my prescription changed. It was as if he had no clue what to do so just ignored us.

Dr. Bell is the most conscientious physician I have had the pleasure to meet. My mother suffers from dementia and other issues and he was patient and explained to both of us what we can do to ease her transition into a private home. It was a difficult conversation and he handled it with ease. My mother had much peace of mind when we left.

Dr. Bell was extremely knowledgeable. I did have to wait about 10 minutes but he gave me some extra time as well so I understood. My issues were complicated and I have been to doctors in the past who were unable to diagnose or provide a treatment plan even with many expensive tests. Dr. Bell had a plan for me and I was feeling better and less symptomatic within weeks. Thank you to Dr. Bell and Multicare!
