Biography: Dr. Mark Kadden is a board certified Gastroenterologist. He practices general Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and performs Endoscopic procedures including: Upper Endoscopy Colonoscopy Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) A fourth generation Californian, Dr. Kadden was born and raised in Oakland. Biography: Kenneth G. Trestman is a graduate of New York Medical College. He trained in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City and performed a year of chief residency at the same institution. He completed his Pulmonary and critical care fellowship at NYU/Bellevue in New York City Dr. Trestman has been practicing Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine and serving the community of the North County Inland San Diego for the last 24 years at Palomar Pomerado Hospitals.
