Dr. H always takes his time to you go over my lab results and answers any questions I may have and there is never a rush to get me out the door.

I've been Dr. Hergesheimer's patient since 2015 and can attest to his profesionalism and dedication to his patientts care. He is very knowledgeable and clearly explains all medical jargon from test reults in a clear concise manner. He is personable and listens carefully to your concerns. Dr. Hergesheimer goes above and beyond your PCP expectations.

Great knowledgeable physician! Always on time. Always listens to all my concerns. The appointments never feel rushed. And I feel like I always get answers or at least referrals to tests to find out answers.

Dr. H. has been my doctor since 2003. He listens well and takes time to respond to your questions. I suffer from chronic medical issues related to an autoimmune disease. Dr. H. has been the only doctor I've had who continues to provide interventions that help me to live the best productive life I can.

My husband and I both agree that Dr. "H" is the best doctor we have ever had. We both have underlying conditions, and he has consistently shown to be up-to-date on all of the latest research. AND he is by far the most caring doctor there is. We are never rushed; he takes the time to really listen to our concerns. He answers all of our questions both during scheduled appointments and via MyChart messaging and never seems bothered by even the most trivial concerns. He is such a pleasure to visit. We are so fortunate to have found him!

Dr H is very knowledgeable and skillful at what he does. Very educated and stays on top of everything. easy to talk with about health concerns and he resolves health issues beyond words that can describe. If I did not have to move to and have to find another doctor. Dr H will be very hard to replace. The UCSD system (phone) is sometimes difficult to navigate but once you see this doctor it is worth the aggravation

Dr Hergesheimer is such a remarkable and caring Doctor that I would hesitate to leave this area and be without his services. He has guided me through several unusual auto-immune diseases and always is mindful of my mental attitude . The office is staffed by competent people who reflect his attitude of caring ,quality service.

After i got very confusing results to lab work I had done, I was told to call the Dr for an explanation, I called in the morning and left a message, that evening I received a call from his assistant on blocked # that I did not answer. She left a message that did not answer my questions. I immediately called back I got the voicemail. Since my visit to Dr. Heresheimer I am very stressed as I cannot get answers to some very confusing lab work I had done. This Dr is making me sic

Finally! A primary care doc you can feel good about. The office is efficient and pleasant. Dr. Hergesheimer is engaged, an excellent listener, and will give you the time you need without feeling rushed. I always leave feeling that my health is in good hands.

Great doctor very personable. However his office staff are careless. Indifferent, I had a seizure petit mal in the waiting room my husband told the blonde receptionist she offered no help. They botched our insurance. The doc I recommend the staff needs training.
