In 2012, he completed a Pediatric Orthopedic Fellowship at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and then a Musculoskeletal Oncology Fellowship at the University of South Florida at Moffitt Cancer Center. Care Philosophy: My Philosophy to patient care is to try and avoid the need for surgery unless there is no other option. When Surgery is indicated my approach is to always do the procedure that will provide the greatest benefit with the least invasiveness. Putting the patient first and ving the patient options is foremost in my paradigm.

Care Philosophy: Dr Nam Tran is a neuro-oncology surgeon at Moffitt Cancer Center and assistant professor of oncology and neurosurgery at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr Tran completed his fellowship training at Moffitt, following a residency in neurosurgery at Medical College of Virginia. He was chief resident his final year.
