Three days and counting, waiting on a callback to schedule an appointment. I’ve yet to have an experience with Dr Weston because unresponsive to voice messages left to schedule an appointment. I am appalled at the medical profession in St Petersburg, FL. The WORST. A profession that is based on caring, and Dr. Weston’s staff does not care enough to return phone calls. If I could take my suffering father back to Atlanta with me where more consideration is exhibited by at least returning phone calls within 24 hours, I would. Dr. Weston, while you may be a great doctor your staff is a reflection of you and if they don’t possess great customer service skills you will continue to lose business and receive bad reviews. Please do better!

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible support staff. It was a nightmare. I traveled over 1000 miles for a treatment in which I did not get. The staff was disrespectful. The price of the treatment kept changing. They failed to try to get pre-certificatation even though they had 2 months to contact the insurance company. They blamed others instead of taking responsibility for their own actions. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I saw dr Weston on 3 separate occasions. Every time was literally a nightmare. There are 4 or 5 young girls in the front and they are all more concerned with their hair nails and lipstick than they are in helping you. It's visit my prescriptions were never sent into my pharmacy it literally too 4 days and about 6 calls every time speaking to a different beauty queen in the front. The office NEVER called me back when they said they would and You never spoke to the same person twice. just the beg.

I knew her when she was Dr.Brown working at Glenview hospital in the neurological department. She is a fantastic doctor. Well mannered, patient, kind, and understanding. She's an excellent doctor.
