Factory Doctor
I've had surgery from Dr. Samad in the past with success. When I was directed back to my surgeon years later I found that he now has PA (which he originally said he would never have) and a massive patient list that reduced his bedside manner and ability to provide time to his patients. Specifically, my surgery was not approved by insurance even after accolades were placed on FOI's pre surgery department. After the surgery was cancelled, I've now been waiting for more than 3 months with ZERO communication on the new care plan. I was told that the DOCTOR HIMSELF will work on this since the time under the knife was too long for insurance. In this 3 month + time frame, I'm still waiting for relief and the doctor's plan. I'm in constant pain and as a patient, it is more than apparent today that I mean nothing. He has turned into a factory doctor.When you are the patient you do NOT want to hear 'I don't have time to talk to you; I have patients already cleared for surgery'. REALLY?

Absolutely a great physician
Never gave up on me even when the insurance denied my surgery twice. He listened to me and assisted to find some type of solution to help with pain until surgery got approved

I was overwhelmed , when I was told about my surgery needs. Dr . Samad was very assuring..and professional. He listens and doesn't rush on appointments. Dr. Samad made a frightening surgery more understandable..and helps me cope with the healing process. Thank you Dr. Samad..you are what physician's should be.
