Biography: Dr. Jay Redan, MD is a general surgeon in Celebration, FL and has over 30 years of experience in the field of minimally invasive, laparoscopic surgery and one of Central Floridas most respected general surgeons. Dr. Burns specializes in breast surgery and she encourages patients to be actively involved in their health care treatment. Dr. Burns utilizes the latest techniques and procedures to provide the highest level of care for her patients. She is skilled in minimally invasive and hidden scar surgical techniques, nipple sparing mastectomy and breast conservation therapy. In addition, she also focuses on thyroid and parathyroid surgery, specializing in surgery for both benign and malignant processes. After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, Dr. Malit received her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine of New York Institute of Technology. She went on to complete a general surgery residency at Maimonides Medical Center where she achieved the rank of Chief Resident, and a colorectal surgery fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. Malit is an active community volunteer and has contributed her musical talents to hospital events and charitable fundraisers as the lead singer of a band made up of medical colleagues. She is fluent in English and Tagalog.

Following, he completed his laparoscopic surgery fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Eubanks was the first Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellow at Duke University, where he also served on the faculty for 10 years. Prior to joining Florida Hospital, he was Professor and Chairman of the Department of Surgery at the University of Missouri and served as the President of Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES).
