Biography: Kenan B. Ashouri, M.D., MS, is a general and reconstructive urologist at Baptist Health Urology. He specializes in the treatment of urologic disorders and diseases such as urinary incontinence, urethral/ureteral stricture disease, genitourinary prosthetics, kidney stones, kidney cancer, erectile dysfunction, prostate disorders, prostate cancer and many other disorders. He has specific expertise in genitourinary reconstruction and trauma. Dr. Ashouri earned his medical degree at Florida Atlantic University Charles E. After graduating Cum Laude from California State Polytechnic University, Dr. Hughes received his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine where he graduated as the class Valedictorian. He went on to complete a residency at Detroit Medical Center, Michigan State University, achieving the rank of Chief Resident as well as Resident of the Year. He then completed fellowship training in Urological Oncology with Metro-Urology in St. Paul Minnesota.
