Dr. Allen Seeger, MD

Dr Seegar is a wonderful doctor but sitting two hours waiting for an appointment is not acceptable.Speaking with the office assistance, etc. I was told he books every 15 minutes and sometimes double books because people not show up? The assistant also explained he spends 45 minutes with each patient . If that is the case, what are they thinking? ?What is behind us? dr Seegar is good but I won’t be going back to his office.

my husband made his appointment two months ago, he gave them his name, date of birth and insurance information when he made the appointment! And ASKED you do take my insurance and was told YES!! He Arrived 20 minutes early like they asked and after sitting there for 45 minutes, to be told in front of everyone, in a full office, that they didn’t take our insurance. I came home and called our insurance company, which is CIGNA. And explain what happened. They looked up Dr. Seegers ‘s office and we are covered and it shows that!! he does take our insurance!!! So not really sure what happened, and who they checked the insurance with, but it was not only embarrassing but also so disappointing to wait so long for an appointment, to be turned away for no reason whatsoever! And to make matters worse, my husband had just had a total hip replacement done two weeks prior to his appointment, and didn’t want to cancel because it took him so long to get an appointment!!Horrible

Made my initial appointment in December for first available appointment in March. Confirmed that they accepted my insurance at that time in network. Got called by the office the day before to tell me my insurance was now out of network. Was looking forward to this appointment.

My husband has been having some high PSA'S in the last six months and was given an appointment with Dr. Seeger. I have dealt with Dr. Seeger in the past, with my father. He was given an order for an MRI, which he had done. Unfortunately, trying to get anyone in his office to call us back is a nightmare! All you get is an animated message with a promise of a callback, which never comes. I am now looking for another Urologist to go over the test results, as we are getting no where with his office. When you are talking about the possibility of having prostate cancer, you do not want to talk to an answering machine. Unfortunate.

Very personal, takes time to explain and makes you feel comfortable. Hope he never retires.

When I finally got an appointment, I felt rushed. When I needed a follow up, no one has called back after 3 weeks. Their automated system says we will return your call in 2 hours. Well her it is 3 weeks later & no call. No one ever answers the phone which is very frustrating. I wonder if the Dr know the return times for phone calls is weeks ?

Dr Seeger is awesome! My hubby has had problems for ten years due to injuries in Iraq. He has not been able to urinate on his own and Dr Seeger listened, identified the problems, and suggested urolift surgery. The surgery went well, and the followup with a nurse coming to the house has been great. I would recommend Dr Seeger to anyone with urology problems. And the staff is great no issues at all. Able to get appointment as needed and they have been courteous, and professional.

Absolutely the BEST. After several visits to another urologist within the previous 3 weeks Dr. Seeger resolved my condition in one brief visit. Very professional with a personality and lots of experience. Please don't retire.

Love love love him and the office. Always make me feel Comfortable even in the most ackward situations. Office is caring, responsive, timely and I do not have anything but complete love for Dr Seeger

Billing department sucks.

Had an appointment with Dr. Seeger on April 20, 2020 at 10:00 AM via telephone. Never called and when I left word the following Monday, I never heard back from anyone. Just unacceptable with an active kidney stone. Expertise is irrelevant when you can't even get the doctor or staff to acknowledge you.

Dr Seeger is the best but trying to reach his staff is impossible!

I had many kidney stones and surgeries over the last 10 years with Dr Seeger. He always treated me with respect and explained to me what was going on. I had to have a kidney removed and he referred me to a great surgeon for that surgery. Still seeing him because of other stones in other kidney, I am very satisfied.

They say some things happen for a reason . In my case using poor judgement was the reason I met Doctor Seeger . His calm , professionalism demeanor, got me through a crisis no one should ever have to go through . I am grateful to now have him as my Urologist.! To all young and older men living on the Treasure coast . I highly recommend Dr. Seeger . Along with everything I have mentioned , he's pretty quick witted also .

Is this doctor a man or an angel? I ask because I felt like I was going to die just yesterday, and feel better than I have in years this morning!!!!! ER told me I had a prostate problem. I had a clogged catheter and was bot bloated and backed up when I contacted the doctor... AT 6:00 IN THE MORNING! Hey made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation Definitely two thumbs up for this doctor!

The wait was a little longer but he is well worth it. The Doctor is very friendly , the staff was super nice. They accommodated my wheelchair , and explained everything in detail. Very modern office, loved having no paperwork to fill out.

Would not recommend him at all. He does not appear to care about his patients. Cancelling appointments with no explanation, does. It return phone calls and is generally unavailable to his patients
