Biography: Dr. Gohar Majeed is a board-eligible Neurosurgeon in Gainesville, FL and is affiliated with HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. He received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Bradenton Campus, and continued his post-graduate training with a Fellowship from Oregon Health and Science University.Dr. Majeed treats disorders of the brain and nervous system, meninges, skull, pituitary gland, spinal cord, meninges and vertebral column, and cranial and spinal nerves. He currently serves as a member of several professional organizations including The American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, American College of Surgeons and The American Medical Association. Throughout his career, he has been involved in various research projects with numerous publications and presentations around the country to his credit.
