I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to Dr. Gohar Majeed and his team at HCA Florida Gainesville Neurosurgery. I went from incredibly painful and life altering nerve damage to pain free in less than a day. From the initial consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, Dr. Majeed demonstrated incredible skill, professionalism, leadership and compassion.The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery has been progressing well. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything thoroughly. His leadership and confidence made me confident and relaxed. He knows his job and that came through before, during, and after my procedure. For my incision—he did an excellent job hiding it in a natural fold in my neck while ensuring minimal scarring and a smooth healing process. Every time I look at this scar it’s better and better. Thank you, Dr. Majeed!
Dr Majeed is amazing! My stepfather is only alive today because of his skill and by the grace of God. It is almost unbelievable really. Dr. Majeed removed a tumor the size of a large grapefruit from his brain (that no one even knew was there). Due to the location of the tumor, it had to be carefully peeled away and the surgery took almost 13 hours. Dr. Majeed was determined to do all he could do safely. He managed to remove almost all of the tumor. The post-op follow-up care that Dr. Majeed and his team provided was also wonderful. He personally took the time to train my mother how to care for the wound and bandages. He patiently answered all of her questions every time they interacted. My stepfather’s recovery has been nothing short of amazing . He is walking, talking, and living life without restriction. We could not be happier or more grateful. Thank you Dr Majeed for all your care. We are very blessed.

Dr. Majeed is a great doctor. He cares and he was the first doctor to show me my X-rays and explain. The office staff is great. Always a big help.
