Care Philosophy: Dr Peguero received his MD from Ponce School of Medicine, Puerto Rico. He completed a neurology residency at the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine. After completing his residency, Dr Peguero completed a fellowship in epilepsy and EEG at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. After his fellowship, Dr Peguero was employed at The Watson Clinic, Department of Neurology, Lakeland, Florida, where he also served as Chief of Service of Neurology at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Dr Peguero was an Assistant Professor at Ponce School of Medicine, and most recently, he has worked in private practice. Dr Peguero's clinical interest is in General Neurology, Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Chad Gorman, MD is a Pain Management specialist in New Port Richey, FL. He graduated from the American University of the Caribbean in the Netherland Antilles.

Care Philosophy: Dr Binitie earned his MD degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of South Florida. In 2012, he completed a Pediatric Orthopedic Fellowship at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and then a Musculoskeletal Oncology Fellowship at the University of South Florida at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Binitie's clinical interests include bone and soft tissue sarcomas, limb preserving surgeries and sarcomas in all patients, with a focus in pediatric and young adults. His research interests include limb preservation after oncologic resection, expandable pediatric limb reconstruction, and adolescent and young adult sarcomas.

Care Philosophy: At Joseph Spine, we know that each patient's circumstance is unique and it is important to evaluate each individual with that in mind. Personalized attention, open communication, and collaboration is the cornerstone to achieving a customized spine treatment plan designed for optimal results for each patient. Non-surgical spine procedures are always explored to relieve back pain and correct disorders, but when non-surgical options don't prove effective, Dr. Joseph will employ minimally invasive procedures, stem cell therapy, and customized treatment plans. Minimally invasive spine surgery allows us to provide maximum pain relief with minimal recovery time, all while increasing mobility and accelerating our patients' return to regular activities.

Care Philosophy: My Philosophy to patient care is to try and avoid the need for surgery unless there is no other option. When Surgery is indicated my approach is to always do the procedure that will provide the greatest benefit with the least invasiveness. Putting the patient first and ving the patient options is foremost in my paradigm.

Care Philosophy: Dr Nam Tran is a neuro-oncology surgeon at Moffitt Cancer Center and assistant professor of oncology and neurosurgery at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr Tran completed his fellowship training at Moffitt, following a residency in neurosurgery at Medical College of Virginia. He was chief resident his final year. Prior to that, he was affiliated for several years with the University of California-Irvine, where he received a Ph.D. in neuroscience and served as an assistant project scientist. Dr Tran's research interests include regulation of the blood brain barrier, tumor and trauma-associated cerebral edema, central nervous system malignancies and spine biomechanics.

Care Philosophy: My focus on a holistic approach to patient care is driven by the recognition that all body systems, especially the musculoskeletal system, are important to a person's well-being and quality of life.
