Biography: Dr. Vijayvargiya is a graduate of the J.L.M, Medical College, University of Rajasthan in Ajmer, India. She completed her internship at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York, N.Y., and her residency at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey. She completed her fellowship at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York. Dr. Vijay is board certified in both medical oncology and hematology. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology and the American College of physicians.

Care Philosophy: We believe that each patient touched with cancer has unique concerns, fears, aspirations, and personal dynamics. We strive to address each of these. We also understand that while quality of care is (and should be) of paramount concern, that cost of care is an important concern. As an independent (ie, non-hospital affiliated) practice, we can offer best-of-care treatment at costs typically much lower than that of the local hospitals.
