Terrible office. The doctor doesn’t care if something is wrong with patient. Dismissed concerns as if they are insignificant. Front desk is less than warm. Chemo room staff is so burnt out, they can’t even smile or pretend. If you have to call in, God forbid you get Stephanie. She literally told me “ok, I don’t care”. No compassion or concern from her. They will not follow up on your well-being if you go in hospital or work with your pcp or even update you on your cancer status. I don’t know anything more than when I started earlier this year. Oh and did I mention the parking? When you are already sick and weak having to hobble across a main road with a walker or if being dropped off, having no room for your caregiver to turn around. The waiting room is elbow to elbow so no covid concerns there. I can keep going. Also, the doctor will be OOO till January, with no one as his backup. They definitely don’t care.

Dr. Katta is so compassionate and caring . from the moment you meet him he makes you feel so confident. He is always on what steps have to be taken. I am so relieved and each time I see him I am so calm and assured all will be okay. He is truly the best!!!
