Dr. Pearce completed his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He went on to serve his residency in orthopedic surgery at Bexar County Hospital. Dr. Pearce then completed a fellowship in lower extremity reconstruction and sports medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX.
