Misinterpreted a statement I made about an injury I had overseas. He put on his notes I was working. I was vacationing and not working, which was important for his notes on my legal case. Even presented notes from the overseas doctor I saw, and still they would not change notes. Now I have to see another specialist just to have the right documentation. That is poor customer service

Dr. Pember is absolutely AWESOME! He is knowledgeable, confident, and will tell you the truth! I am 6 months post total knee replacement and doing 99% of what I was doing before the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Pember!

I’m shocked Dr. Pember has anything less than 5 stars. He’s an INCREDIBLE surgeon, I absolutely trust him, I’ve had 3 surgeries done by him and I have had no issues since. I’m back to playing sports and loving it. His wife is his medical assistant and I ADORE her as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pember's for less than one year, but oh what a time this has been. I have been so fortunate to be under his care while dealing with osteoarthritis in both knees. I had a total knee replacement in July of 2017, and had such fantastic results that I went for my left knee total knee replacement in November of 2017. My life clock has been turned back 20 years in my opinion! Walking, bending, standing - all so easy to do again!

Dr. Pember has been working with me on a recent knee injury I experienced. His bedside manner is very warm and inviting. I truly liked his transparency on what I should expect from treatment, PT, and follow up visits. The one two punch of Kim, his nurse makes for a rockstar team. Truly appreciate their efforts and expertise!

Dr. Pember performed a medial meniscus knee repair on me in 2013. I was only 47 and was told by him that my poor outcome was due to bad knees. I can only speculate, but it seemed as if he simply suctioned all my cartilage out rather than attempt to repair it. I'm so glad to see from another review that his bedside manner has improved as he demonstrated no compassion for my poor result. I still remember his catty comment, "I can't help it if you have bad knees."

I stept off a curb wrong in Austin, Tx while visiting my sister, broke my foot. Dr. Pember was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. He even took the time to help wheel my wheelchair to the bathroom. No surgeon I've ever met has ever done that for his patient. Now if only the MD's in WI would be so kind. Conflicting recommendations, no straight answers, not so awesome in WI. I wish I had stayed in TX. Thanks- DR. Pember for your time and excellence.
