He holds post-baccalaureate degrees in biology and physiology and has recently completed an advanced gastrointestinal surgery fellowship at AdventHealth Orlandovs Department of Surgery. Dr. Wiese has training in advanced, minimally invasive surgical techniques with emphasis on hepatobiliary, foregut, MIS and robotics, and acute care general surgery. He also served as Resident Instructor of Surgery at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine.

Care Philosophy: Jonah White, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon with advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery. He earned his medical degree at Tulane University and completed his residency at AdventHealth in Orlando, where he earned the Outstanding Minimally Invasive Surgery Resident Award and Joseph Portoghese Resident of the Year Award. He most recently completed his fellowship training with Prisma Health in Greenville, South Carolina.
