In 2006, Dr. Petolillo was part of the orthopedic medical staff for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament in Philadelphia. He is an Orthopaedic residency trainer for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and also serves as orthopaedic consultant for two local high schools. He is a member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, the Philadelphia Orthopaedic Society, the American Osteopathic Association and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association. Care Philosophy: Having completed a fellowship in both Neurosurgical and Orthopedic Spine Surgery I bring to my patients a full breadth of spine expertise. I exercise a very conservative philosophy, believing that surgical intervention is really a last resort.
