While in training, he was selected by his peers and faculty for the prestigious position of Chief Resident. He then went on to serve as Chief Fellow during his time in fellowship. He has authored textbook chapters in the field of pain medicine and physiatry, and has published peer-reviewed research on interventional pain management Dr. Nagar's goal is to create personalized treatment plans for his patients, with an emphasis on improving functional outcomes and quality of life. Dr. Nagar provides comprehensive care for a wide variety of painful conditions of the spine, nerves, joints and muscles by integrating non-surgical and non-opioid pain-relieving treatments.
