Dr. Arturo Camacho, MD

Very pleasant. Did my surgery Nov. 2023. Three months later I was back at the gym working out with heavy weights. Still feeling great over a year later. Thank you Dr. Camacho!

Hospital visit good. Attempt to get follow up appointment did not work well. Offuce staff not dependable, do not send orders promptly or to correct facility. Dr. C needs new reliable staff.

Went to see Dr with referral from Cleveland clinic spoke to him maybe two minutes said he can't do anything and I need pain management, when the whole reason I was there was for my neck never brought up or looked at on MRI pa in report started they checked my reflexes never did, second time in a row they falsifying paperwork saying they did a full reflex check but never did AHN is horrible

Dr Camacho was the best Dr I have ever met. I was in Phoenix AZ and He did surgery on my back when I was paralyzed on right side and the feeling all came back. I am having issues again and looking up where he is located.

I realize back surgery is always a gamble and not any two cases are created equal, but should I ever require any spinal related procedure I will seek out Dr. Arturo Camacho. His demeanor was humble yet confident and from my first consultation when he described the surgery I required to my 6 week follow up I felt extremely comfortable and at peace in his care. Hospitals and medical professionals during the pandemic have been overworked and fatigued so getting into his care took a little time, but when I arrived to my first appointment he was ready roll with a course of action which has literally given me so much of my life back. I finally felt like I had found a doctor who truly realizes and acknowledges the pain his patients are in which was also so refreshing and extremely comforting. Post surgery he and his team laid out clear at home care instructions, and follow up appointments within hours of my surgery. I’m grateful to him and everyone at St. Vincent Hospital.

I would NOT recommend Dr. Camacho to anyone! At my initial appointment he was confident he could help me. Needless to say at my 3 month post op appointment he said “we did everything we could”. He didn’t give me any indication of where I should turn next. As if I was wasting his time. I am relying on a walker more now than I did before my surgery!

One of the most arrogant doctors I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Do not trust this person. He does not adhear to the Hypocratic Oath AT ALL!
