After his fellowship, Dr Peguero was employed at The Watson Clinic, Department of Neurology, Lakeland, Florida, where he also served as Chief of Service of Neurology at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Dr Peguero was an Assistant Professor at Ponce School of Medicine, and most recently, he has worked in private practice. Dr Peguero's clinical interest is in General Neurology, Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology.

In 2012, he completed a Pediatric Orthopedic Fellowship at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and then a Musculoskeletal Oncology Fellowship at the University of South Florida at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Binitie's clinical interests include bone and soft tissue sarcomas, limb preserving surgeries and sarcomas in all patients, with a focus in pediatric and young adults. His research interests include limb preservation after oncologic resection, expandable pediatric limb reconstruction, and adolescent and young adult sarcomas.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Candelora founded the orthopaedic practice in 1991. He has developed special interests in total joint arthroplasty including the new minimally invasive total hip and knee replacements, reconstructive surgery, and the treatment of various shoulder and knee disorders.
