Biography: Adam Misasi, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons with Ascentist Healthcare. Dr. Misasi earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his residency in general surgery in Wichita, Kansas. As a general surgeon, Dr. Misasi performs a wide-variety of operations with a minimally-invasive approach, including robot-assisted surgery. He has special interest in disorders that affect the GI tract, including reflux.

Care Philosophy: As an experienced Minimally Invasive and Bariatric surgeon, I take a highly personal approach in caring for my patients. I believe the most important aspect of providing quality care is establishing a good relationship with my patients and involving them in the treatment plan.
