Dismissed my concerns
While Dr. Alley was friendly during my appointment, he seemed in a rush me in and out of my appointment. After 5-minutes of explaining away the need for a surgery, he tried to shake my hand to end the appointment. When I insisted on talking further about what was going on, he dismissed my concerns and my symptoms. When I asked what else could be explaining my symptoms, what could be going on, and what I needed to try, he gave a vague 'sometimes we get caught in a cycle.' I felt so defeated and dismissed and left without any answers or hope for improvement of my symptoms.

Amazing bedside manner. He was our second opinion and very glad we chose him. He wanted to do it right even when other dr wanted to skip steps. Got us in within a week due to our holiday plans. Great results. Overall five stars.
