Dr. Alagna completed an Internship in General Surgery at University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, followed by Residencies in General Surgery and Urology at University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.Dr. Alagna specializes in urology at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital and treats conditions/performs procedures such as:bladder repair surgery, circumcision, cryosurgical treatment, impotence, inability to urinate, incontinence, kidney stones, lithotripsy, prostatectomy, prostatitis, prostate cancer, retrograde pyetogram, seed implant (brachytherapy), and vasectomy.

Care Philosophy: My philosophy of care and practice is to develop an individualized, patient center treatment plan that takes in consideration both the medical and social aspects of the disease.
