Dr. Matthew Hammit received his education from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Biology, then accomplished his Medical Doctorate at Texas A&M University Health Science Center. He then went on to the University of Mississippi Medical Center and received his Orthopaedic Residency. He enjoys being the Team Physician for Conroe High School, Magnolia High School, Magnolia West High School and The Woodlands United Methodist Church. He received his D.P.M degree from Barry University School of Podiatry in Miami, FL. Dr. Matuk completed his residency in Houston, TX at Kingwood Medical Center, where he was the Chief Resident. Dr. Matuk is the Director of the Podiatry Residency Program at Kingwood Medical Center, TX . Directing and teaching the Podiatry Residents, along with his formative background, keeps Dr. Matuk on the cutting-edge of all the latest technologies and treatments.
