Biography: Dr. Jeffrey M. Phillips joined The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in 2014. His practice focuses on Sleep Surgery and Medicine as well as Head and Neck Surgery. He currently serves as a member of several professional organizations including The American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, American College of Surgeons and The American Medical Association. Throughout his career, he has been involved in various research projects with numerous publications and presentations around the country to his credit.

Care Philosophy: Although I am a Head and Neck Surgeon my approach is conservative. I enjoy educating patients about their condition, discussing options and developing treatment strategies that fit their goals. For instance, I feel it is important to identify and treat significant allergies, if they are present, before proceeding directly to sinus surgery. Conversely, some conditions, such as concern for cancer, warrant an aggressive approach to provide diagnosis, staging and treatment plans. I value the relationships I have with my patients - whether for just a few visits or for several years.

Care Philosophy: Dr Deepa Danan is as an Associate Member in the Department of Head and Neck-Endocrine Oncology. Dr Danan received her MD degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, her MBA from Columbia Business School, and MHA from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, New York City. She completed an Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of Virginia Health System, Charlottesville, Virginia, followed by a Head and Neck Oncologic and Microvascular Surgery fellowship at the University of Miami, Florida.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Hall's philosophy is to provide the highest quality care in the areas of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, and to do so in the most cost-efficient manner possible. His personal philosophy for cosmetic surgery is to achieve natural, long-lasting results, with a combination of time honored and revolutionary techniques. Dr. Hall does not believe in following the latest fads in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Hall limits his cosmetic and plastic surgery to the face, head, and neck, and he feels this allows him to have the highest level of expertise in this area. Dr. Hall also fully enjoys his practice in general otolaryngology, or ENT disorders. This includes sinus surgery, allergy, cancer and reconstructive surgery of the head and neck, and thyroid and parathyroid surgery. Dr. Hall welcomes new patients in all areas of general and pediatric ENT, as well as all areas of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
